IT Manager

• Act as the implementation authority for principles, processes, guidelines, and policies for Information Technology & Security
• Timely implementation of Corporate IT guidelines
• Accountable for the mitigation of compliance or security report findings related to the locations in collaboration with Corporate Information Security, the Regional Information Officers and Business Group Information Officers.
• Act as the highest escalation point for IT related issues (involving the Regional Information Officers and Business Group Information Officers, if necessary).
• Accountable for the initiation and execution of infrastructure projects
• Maintenance, Development, implementation, and operations of applications based on approved Demands / Changes.
• Prioritisation of IT tasks in alignment with the Regional Information Officers
• Responsible for IT communication and marketing
• Cooperation with the Regional Information Officers in Budget Planning / approval and monitoring of actual, budget and forecast.
• Ensure transparency of all relevant IT costs
• Consultation with the Regional Information Officers and Business Group Information Officers in formulation of Demands and Changes
• Collaboration with internal / external parties to ensure stable operations of applications based on committed service levels.

• Providing strategic guidance and vision for leveraging data analytics to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Drive the automation of data processing, analysis and report workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts
• Identify opportunities for implementation of machine learning and AI to automate non-value adding tasks within the business
• Mentor and develop team members across the business functions, enhancing their technical skills and analytics skills
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform decision making, emphasising the impact of automation on business processes.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, best practises and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in analytics and automation processes and methodologies

• BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
• ITIL Foundation: ITIL 3; Version 4 will be a plus
• Prince2
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA); CCNP will be a plus
• Experience with Dell, VMware, NetApp server Infrastructure
