Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) can be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in same field.
Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and equipment at various locations
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
Understanding of network security principles and practices, including VPN, firewall configuration, intrusion detection systems, and encryption techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, provide technical support, and document network processes.
High level of attention to detail to ensure network reliability and security.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with good organizational and time management skills.
