Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) can be beneficial.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in same field.
Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and equipment.
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and their configuration.
Understanding of network security principles and practices, including VPN, firewall configuration, intrusion detection systems, and encryption techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, provide technical support, and document network processes.
