Role: Associate – End User Support (IT Support)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for providing IT support services to Mustard & Linen Interior Design.
- Be the main point of contact to provide direct on-site IT support to the users.
- Maintain and monitor the c company’s network infrastructure, telecommunication systems, and
- circuits to ensure seamless performance workflows for all departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide support for desktop hardware and software applications, including 3D rendering tools, design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), and project management platforms to ensure smooth workflow for design and execution teams.
- Responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of desktop hardware (including desktop computers and printers) and standard desktop applications (including
- Microsoft office applications, virus protection, and network security).
- Ensure system security by implementing cybersecurity best practices, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and safeguarding sensitive client and project data.
- Ensure compliance with Standards by regularly reviewing and updating IT systems, processes, and security measures to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Responsible for on-site IT user support for network, telecommunication, desktop hardware and standard applications.
- Maintain detailed configuration of computer and communication equipment.
- Assistance to develop applications/tools like databases, macros, templates etc. to automate workflows/processes in the site offices.
- Responsible to maintain inventory of all IT equipment that include computer hardware, telephone equipment, communication equipment and software applications.
- Responsible for optimum operation and availability of the network.
- Provide quality IT support to all users and ensure that the Operations and Network Services meet the performance Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets of the role.
- Assist in managing outsource supplier contracts and negotiations for provision of IT Services.
- Assist in developing and enforcing operational desktop standard configurations, documentation, and procedures.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of end-user technology assets from acquisition to disposal of hardware (laptops, desktop computers, monitors, printers, etc…), software, and telecom elements.

Qualification:
· Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering or equivalent required.
