We’re looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst to optimize and automate core business processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You’ll work closely with department heads to gather requirements, design bonus and KPI structures, and support the integration of modules across Sales, HR, Finance, and Logistics.

The ideal candidate has strong system thinking, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

• Analyze and formalize business process requirements (sales, bonuses, motivation, finance).
• Configure and enhance the ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Design and automate bonus schemes, KPIs, and commission structures in the ERP.
• Participate in implementation and integration of business modules (Sales, HR, Logistics, Finance).
• Communicate with department heads, collect business needs, and translate them into technical requirements.
• Monitor implementation quality and support continuous improvement.

• Experience with ERP projects (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Ability to bridge business and IT from analysis to execution.
• Knowledge of bonus calculations, KPIs, motivation schemes.
• Strong system thinking and process architecture skills.
• Project management experience and end-to-end implementation are a plus.
