Knowledge of complete Company operations business processes covering Air Traffic Control, Company Operations Control Centre (AOCC), Hub Control operations etc. and their impact on Company Operational Systems as listed below.
Company Systems like Company Operations Database, Resource Management System and Flight Information Display System (FIDS).
Passenger Processing Systems.
Baggage Reconciliation Systems.
Other Company Systems like VDGS, Ground Radar, Master Clock, PAVA.
Interfaces between various Company systems and other systems including external airline systems.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Company Systems
Minimum of 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
