Job DescriptionIT OperationsProvide technical support to staff by troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.Assist in managing network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.Support the setup and management of email accounts and servers.Assist in ensuring data backup, security, and privacy compliance.Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.Provide support for hardware repairs and software updates.Assist with training users on new technologies and software tools.Document IT issues and resolutions for future reference.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or relevant certifications.Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, office software, and hardware components.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Basic knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
