About the job IT Administrative Support

IT Administrative Support professional is responsible to enhance efficiency within the IT department. This role is pivotal in managing administrative tasks and supporting IT operations, ensuring streamlined processes. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is paramount. Knowledge in procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and issuing purchase orders for IT products, is highly advantageous.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain meticulous departmental records.
  • To navigate purchase invoicing processes with precision.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create essential documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Provide basic IT support to the IT team, leveraging knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, finance department, and other stakeholders to procure IT products, obtain quotations, and issue purchase orders.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably within an IT department.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and issuing purchase orders.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and purchase invoicing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
