IS Executive - SAP

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:

• Implement existing and new software applications.
  
• Provide training and re-orientation for operation-related software systems to last mile users.
  
• Internal training for IS – operations for sustainability and continuity of business.
  
• Application training for last mile users.
  
• Aligning with IT Governance and Compliance.
  
• Setup and Config of applications.
  
• Monitor and support the operational process related to Purchase, Sales, Operations, Inventory, Finance.
  
• Provide functional support to end users for operations, purchase, sales, inventory, finance.
  
• Monitor database – database backup for all applications.
  
• Monitor SAP Addons.
  
• Assist in integration between applications.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering.
  
• In-depth knowledge in SAP B1, Hana, SQL, MySQL, Business objects.
  
• In-depth knowledge in creating queries, procedures, triggers in Hana/SQL.
  
• Exposure to cloud servers (Azure-Windows/Linux).
  
• Exposure to MS office applications and web-based applications.
  
• Exposure to WMS functional concepts and WMS Application.
  
• Knowledge in LFS-EPG WMS will be an added advantage.
  

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• SAP B1 Functional: Implement, train, monitor.
  
• SAP B1 Technical: Install, APIs, mobile, add-ons, business objects.
  
• Competent to provide functional, implementation and support for SAP B1, HANA, SQL.
  
• To Train end users on SAP B1, WMS.
  
• To install, manage SAP B1, SAP mobile, Business objects, SAP Addons.
  
• Competent to maintain backups of database and file servers.
  

SPECIFIC JOB CRITERIA:

• Functional and technical experience in SAP b1, Hana, business objects.
  
• Create queries, procedures, triggers in HANA/SQL.
  
• Create business objective reports.
  
• Train End users and internal IT team.
