Job Description

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:


  • Maintain and manage the HR and Administration process.
  • Maintain the Oracle Fusion - HCM database setup and security.
  • Plan, manage, supervise upgrades of HR Applications.
  • Training the IT team in application administration and security.
  • Training HR Team on the Oracle Fusion - HCM application.
  • Training non-HR team on ESS and related HCM/Administration Applications.
  • Manage existing and creation of new reports, formats, layouts in Oracle Fusion – HCM.
  • Assist in integrations with Oracle Fusion – HCM.
  • Responsible for creation and maintaining the Oracle Fusion – HCM – authorizations, security, approval matrix.
  • Ensuring adherence to software licensing laws.
  • Supervise database and document backup and maintenance.
  • Ensure effective IT policy for user compliance and regulatory.
  • Ensure reports are maintained and new reports are created as per requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:


  • BE/Degree in computer science.
  • Experience of 5 years in supervisory levels.
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion – HCM is an added advantage.

KEY COMPETENCIES:


  • In-depth knowledge on Oracle – HCM components from hire to retire such as Recruitment, talent management, absence, benefits, Core HR, compensation, Time and labour, talent management.
  • Organizational skills, Communication, Teamwork, Customer Service.
  • Report creation on HCM.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff of all levels.
  • Awareness of IMS policy.
  • Awareness of safety and health risks and controls for risk reduction related to area of work.
  • Awareness of environmental aspects and impact and controls related to impact reduction related to area of work.
  • Awareness of IMS procedures related to their area of work.
