Investor Relations Manager (crypto industry experience required)

Hiring for a large crypto-currency company in Abu Dhabi.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy and framework that reflects the company's business plan and priorities.
  
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company, shareholders, investors, and financial analysts.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey the company's financial results, strategic direction, operational performance, and growth opportunities within the cryptocurrency space.
  
• Manage the production of all financial and regulatory reports, including quarterly and annual reports, press releases, and presentations for analyst and investor meetings.
  
• Maintain a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency markets, including trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes.
  
• Manage and oversee investor relations events such as earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
  
• Facilitate investor feedback to the management team and advise on potential strategic decisions or market sentiment.
  
• Provide insights into market activity and present them to the leadership team regarding the impact on the company's stock price and investment community's perception.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial disclosure and regulatory requirements.
  
• Keep track of ownership patterns and changes, and manage shareholder inquiries and concerns.
  
• Prepare executives for investor presentations by developing Q&A documents and briefing papers.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the investment community, including existing and potential investors, as well as financial analysts.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is preferred.
  
• Minimum 5+ years of experience, with atleast 4+ years of experience in the related field.
  
• Proven track record in investor relations, financial communications, or capital markets, ideally within the cryptocurrency industry.
  
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, investor relations best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  
• Ability to analyze financial information and create detailed reports for various stakeholders.
  
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and digital assets is highly beneficial.
  
• A combination of analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, investor-friendly language.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
