Job Title: Investor Relations Manager

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi

Summary: The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing communications between the company and its investors. This role involves providing accurate and timely information about the company’s financial performance, strategy, and outlook. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

•           Develop and implement an effective investor relations strategy and plan.

•           Communicate the company’s financial performance, strategy, and outlook to investors and analysts.

•           Prepare and distribute earnings releases, annual reports, and other financial documents.

•           Organize and participate in investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations.

•           Respond to investor inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.

•           Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment.

•           Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.

•           Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company’s website.

•           Track and report on investor feedback and market perceptions.


Qualifications:

•           Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus.

•           Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field.

•           Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and capital markets.

•           Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•           Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

•           Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis tools.

•           Strong organizational and project management skills.

•           Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
