Key Responsibilities:
Assist in evaluating
potential investment opportunities by analysing financial statements, business
models, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
Help develop and
maintain financial models to assess the financial health and growth potential
of target companies.
Support comprehensive
due diligence efforts, including financial, operational, and market
assessments, to identify risks and opportunities.
Conduct preliminary
industry and market research to understand trends, growth drivers, and
potential risks.
Help prepare
investment reports and presentations, summarizing findings and recommendations
to facilitate investment decision-making process.
Work closely with the
investment team and external advisors to support the investment process.
Assist in monitoring
the performance of portfolio companies, providing ongoing analysis and
reporting to ensure alignment with investment goals.
Participate in
special projects and analyses as required to support strategic initiatives.
Assist in performing
company valuations using various methodologies such as DCF, comparable company
analysis, and precedent transactions.
