Inventory Coordinator (Real Estate)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator (Real Estate) to manage and maintain accurate inventory records for our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will oversee property inventories, coordinate with property owners, and ensure seamless communication to support operational efficiency. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining updated listings, and ensuring that all inventory-related information is accurate and compliant with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of inventory management software and real estate CRM systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with property owners and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
