1.Main Duties and Responsibilities
1.1.Robot Setup : To setup robots, as per the scope of work
directed in the project document by the CEO/ Project head, by updating the
robots feed files, mapping of robots, announcements, branding of the robot,
performance of the robot, and all kinds of setup required to deliver the robot.
1.2.Test performance; integration tests and
quality control, submit report and apply fix. Record test procedures and
results. Install, program and repair controllers, tools. Inspect installation sites,
train operators on robotics usage. Development of computer software and/or path
programming.
1.3.Monitor the performance of
robots, and IT infrastructures. Ensures that internal IT structure of the
enterprise remains up-to-date.Administrators avert possible cyber-attacks/ manhandling/ damages for
greater productivity as per company polices and procedures.
1.4.Train Robots : Apply machine learning techniques, to design and build
robotics applications and devices. You’ll use computer-aided modelling to
create drafts, and perform tests on the robots to ensure safety and quality.
Perception, mapping, anomaly & change detection. Monitor the use of robotic
systems and optimize their functionality
1.5.Maintain and manage the robots in
good condition. If require repair and fix the issues in the robots at client
premises or in robot lab.
1.6.Serves customers by
helping them select products, and conducting demos, by asking right questions,
to understand their requirement. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming
manner, directs customers by escorting them to right products, provides
outstanding customer service. Drives sales through engagement of customers,
suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
1.7.Respond to customer queries, on call, chat, email, and walk-in, in a timely and accurate way, by
either answering the questions or passing it to the appropriate support staff,
to ensure customer support for new purchase or maintenance support.
1.8.Respond to support queries, on

ensure customer support. Manage the Customer enquiries, and technical tickets,
allocating tickets to the respective team, responding to complaints from
customers and give after-sales support when requested.
1.9.Participate in Events and Remain updated: Keep abreast of
advancements in robotics and relevant fields of engineering. Participate and
take active role as advised by management in Robotic events by the company like
Robo CAMP, Robotics Championships, Robotic Internships, Events, Exhibitions, and
Expo. Requires to work flexible hours and location, based on the events, and
location of the event.
1.1.Coordinate and assist with sales team, by managing
schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Help in creating proposals, sending them to clients, following up with clients, and
schedule further meetings, and other sales support related due diligence to
support sales.
2.Requirements
and Qualifications
2.1.Degree in Engineering,
Mechatronics, or similar field, in Robotics, along with exposure towards Robotics
projects is preferred, but not a must.
2.2.The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced
environment, and meet deadlines.
2.3.Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for
details.
2.4.Excellent customer service, outstanding communication
skills, written and verbal skills are a must.
2.5.Discipline to keep the deadline-driven environment,
provide timely reports, and feedback.
2.6.The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced
environment, and meet deadlines.
2.7.Must have Resident visa, with emirates id, and NOC to
work as intern.
3.Remuneration
3.1.30 days
of internship stipend is AED 75/- per day.
3.2.31 to 60
days of internship stipend is AED 100/- per day.
3.3.61 to 90
days of internship stipend is AED 125/- per day.
3.4.After 90
days of internship, the application will be reviewed for full-time position
with the company.
