This internship program will allow you to provide quality support for the Middle East and Africa Customers Services Central Offer Desk. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks. These are intended to provide you with operational experience as well as an overview in the different functions with the MEA Business Management Team.


This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your knowledge in customer service engineering:


  • Support the MEA CS Central Offer Desk in calculation, preparation and submission of CS offers for within Middle East Africa Market by coordinating with all required stakeholders such as Business Partner Managers, Sales, Area Service Managers, and OTO.
  • Ability to build a strong collaboration and alignment with all key stakeholders such as Sales team, OTO, Business Partner Managers, CS Managers, and fellow team members team in the zone.
  • Responsible for calculation of pricing and ensuring timely offer submission to the Business Partner or customer.
  • Ensures adherence to internal policies and compliance guidelines.
  • Participates in efficient order processing and handover to CSFI and CS Logistics.
  • Support in developing ideas and templates to standardize and automate processes.
  • Handles all price related topics with complete confidentiality internally and externally.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:


  • Pursuing Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in bid proposal, tender management and operations is an advantage
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is an additional advantage
  • Good Team Player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good time management skills, Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a cross functional setting
  • You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
