Overview
As part of the Airbus Africa and Middle East Customer Services Digital Team, the intern will play a key role in supporting digital initiatives, contributing to the preparation of regional performance dashboards, standardizing presentations, and assisting in transversal activities,
Key activities
Data Management & Digital Tools Support
Update and maintain digital records to ensure accurate and accessible data.
Help ensure consistency in data formats across different platforms.
Support team members in using digital tools more efficiently.
Standardizing & Enhancing Digital Content
Assist in streamlining presentations and reports, making them visually appealing and easy to understand.
Ensure consistency in digital content formats, helping improve the professional look and usability of materials.
Promoting & Supporting Digital Software Adoption
Help showcase the benefits of digital tools used within the team.
Assist in creating simple guides or tutorials to encourage adoption of new software.
Gather feedback from users and identify areas where improvements or additional training may be needed.
Presentation & Visual Reporting Support
Format and optimize internal presentations for key meetings.
Contribute to visualizing data using dashboards or interactive tools.
Organize and maintain a centralized library of digital resources.
Process Support & Collaboration
Support transversal activities by helping track and escalate issues when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Background or interest in aviation is preferred.
