Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an international personal care and cosmetics brands in UAE. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of their premium perfume and personal care brands into key international markets, including Africa, CIS countries, and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective market entry strategies for target countries, including market research, competitive analysis, and identifying potential distribution channels.
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint qualified distributors in multiple countries across target regions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Build brand awareness and visibility through targeted marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in international sales within the cosmetics, personal care, and fragrance industries.
- Prior experience in appointing and managing distributors in multiple countries is essential.
- Experience in the African, CIS, and/or US markets is highly preferred.
