In this role, you will design the International medical strategy for selected brands in breast cancer, co-create the regional brand strategy with the commercial lead, and work cross-functionally to provide medical input and expertise. You will also support and influence key area/country medical teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality medical affairs communication and activities. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain relationships with key external experts and partners with the common objective to improve health outcomes in the region.
Essential Skills/Experience:
• Advanced degree preferably, a PhD in a scientific field or MD
• Proven demonstrated ability in medical affairs including country and preferably above country leadership experience of strategic medical planning, launch planning and execution
• Solid experience in team management and project management
• Therapy area knowledge/experience in solid tumour oncology (lung cancer preferred)
• Extensive experience in collaboration with external parties and leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Solid business understanding
• Knowledge of the regulatory and compliance framework in which we operate

Hi everyone. My name is Moira, and I work as an MSL Renal Metabolism in Italy. Describing a typical day at work in my role means describing a lot of things. As an MSL, I interact every day with specialty doctors in my reference area and in my case, yeah, fetologist and nephrologist, becoming their point of reference for scientific updating, data discussion, or the possibility of deepening some scientific issues. But being MSL also means being a super figure for cross functional activities, for example marketing or access activities. And it also means spending time updating and investing in myself, training to improve my scientific knowledge and always keeping up with scientific evidence. And finally, it also means managing my time independently, and in the way I think is most effective to achieve my goals and create a perfect balance with my private life.
