About the Job: 


An opportunity has arisen for an Intern Legal to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: 


  • Actively engage in meticulous drafting, reviewing, and proofreading of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Participate in legal document review sessions for feedback and improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain an efficient document management system.
  • Assist in company secretarial matters to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  • Handle tasks related to compliance documentation and regulatory submissions.
  • Engage in essential corporate governance activities.
  • Collaborate with the company secretary to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Contribute to policy revision meetings and discussions.
  • Prepare accurate meeting minutes and resolutions.
  • Actively collaborate with the legal team to foster a synergistic work environment.

About You: 


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law with a focus on Legal.
  • Previous internship or experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate)
  • Project Management Skills 
  • Detail orientated
