Internship Description:
Support the HR Operations team to stabilise the existing Oracle systems by reviewing data discrepancies, collating reports, fixing errors with technical team and ensuring quality. Support with day-to-day activities such as document record reminders/ updating. Coordinate with stakeholders for events being organised for employees and assist in marketing collaterals. Support with automation of processes using technology, data collection and analysis. Support in SLA model management and implementation of HR helpdesk effectively. Support the team and assist with collating global talent data, develop data visualization reports, dashboards, automation of processes, data reporting and analysis
Skills/Majors Required:
Software engineering, Data scientist education Proficient in MS applications such as excel, power point, power BI, MS Flow etc. Data scientist Analyst, Software engineer background etc.
Duration of Internship:
3 Months
