About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join Architecture and Spatial Design in Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Assist in developing design concepts and architectural plans under the guidance of senior architects and designers. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and understand project requirements. Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software and other design tools. Assist in preparing design proposals and visualizations to clients and project stakeholders. Support the research and selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for various projects. Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Participate in project meetings, taking notes and providing input on design solutions and project progress. Help with the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, reports, and schedules. Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in architecture and spatial design. Assist in managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
