Black & Grey HR is hiring for a top tier developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE, renowned for delivering iconic landmark projects. Our client is seeking an exceptional Interior Designer with a strong background in managing high-profile developments, ensuring superior quality, and aligning with a brand that sets industry standards for innovation and excellence.


Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute world-class interior designs for prestigious projects.
- Ensure seamless integration of design elements with architecture and landscaping.
- Lead FF&E selection, color palette creation, material coordination, and schedule management with consultants.
- Develop comprehensive design briefs and scopes, aligning with project goals and timelines.
- Present detailed designs, drawings, and reports to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Partner with top consultants and suppliers to deliver best-in-class interiors.
- Stay ahead of market trends, incorporating cutting-edge ideas and sustainable practices.
- Coordinate the delivery of bespoke finishes, signage, and furniture for luxury spaces.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation and mitigate design risks effectively.


Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- 6-8 years of experience with a proven track record in luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
- Experience working with leading consultants or developers on landmark projects in the GCC/UAE.
- Expertise in design principles, project delivery processes, and sourcing premium materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
