Renovation Masters, a leading renovation company based in Dubai, is seeking a talented and creative Interior and Exterior Designer with a specialization in landscaping works. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces, an eye for detail, and the ability to turn client visions into stunning 3D renderings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their requirements, delivering compelling sales pitches, and creating presentations that showcase our expertise in garden, bathroom, kitchen, marble, tile works, and premium house renovations.
Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough site evaluations to gather essential information for design concepts.
- Sales Pitch:
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, highlighting the company's strengths and expertise.
- Showcase a deep understanding of interior and exterior design trends, especially in landscaping.
- Conceptualization:
- Translate client briefs into creative and functional design concepts for gardens, bathrooms, kitchens, and overall house renovations.
- Collaborate with the client to ensure designs align with their vision and expectations.
- Presentation and 3D Rendering:
- Prepare detailed presentations, incorporating 3D renderings and mood boards to visually communicate proposed designs.
- Utilize software tools and technologies to bring design concepts to life.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure seamless transition from design to execution.
- Provide ongoing support and clarification during the construction phase.
- Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills to deliver cutting-edge designs.
