Interface Manager (PMC)

Title:

Position Overview: The Interface Manager (PMC) will be responsible for coordinating and managing interfaces with various stakeholders; The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Arabic, and extensive experience in managing interfaces within Client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage interfaces with all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all parties.
• Identify and resolve interface issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all interface activities.
• Prepare and present interface management reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Process Letters of Assistance (LOAs), Requests for No Objection Certificates (NOCs), applications for new connections, and various permits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in engineering or Master’s in business administration.
• Reading and writing proficiency in Arabic.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ADNOC PMC as Lead Interface Engineer or Manager.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with EPC Contractor as Interface Manager, preferably with ADNOC projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Engineering Consultant as Interface Manager, preferably with ADNOC projects.
