Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interface management plans to identify, track, and resolve interfaces between various project components, disciplines, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to define interface requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular interface meetings and workshops to facilitate communication, alignment, and resolution of interface issues and conflicts.
- Monitor and track interface deliverables, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution and mitigate schedule risks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and address concerns related to interface management.
- Review engineering drawings, documents, and specifications to verify compliance with interface requirements and standards.
- Identify and escalate interface-related risks, challenges, and opportunities to project leadership and stakeholders for timely resolution and decision-making.
- Coordinate with project controls team to integrate interface activities into project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Support the development of lessons learned and best practices for interface management, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as focal point for site visit coordination and data exchange with ADNOC operations.
- Prepare interface matrix and generate the Interface Register internal and to COMPANY
- Follow up with project interface coordinator on the NOC application and dates for renewal.
- Follow up with Planning team for the work execution for NOC application
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or similar discipline).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in interface management or project engineering roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in ADNOC projects is a strong advantage.

- Strong project management skills, with expertise in scheduling, risk management, and milestone tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, interface management tools, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
