SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Intensive Care Specialist/Consultant who is passionate about providing exceptional care to critically ill patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage patients in the ICU, providing critical medical care and support.
- Monitor patient vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic tests to assess health status.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, perform critical procedures, and coordinate treatment efforts.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding the treatment process.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary rounds.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and contribute to research efforts.
