• Perform advanced procedures and interventions to stabilize and manage patients.
• Prescribe and administer appropriate medications and treatments.
• Monitor patients closely and make necessary adjustments in their treatment plan as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and participate in their education and training.
