We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team specializing in electric motor trading. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare and present commercial offers to clients.
• Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless procurement processes.
• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives by providing administrative and operational support.
• Contribute to office administration tasks to maintain an organized and efficient work environment

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
