Job Description

The Infrastructure Building Materials Sales Executive plays a crucial role in the construction and building industry, focusing on the sales of essential materials used in infrastructure projects. This position requires a deep understanding of the construction market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships. This role is vital for ensuring that the company meets its sales targets while providing high-quality materials to clients in Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.Participate in industry trade shows and networking events to promote products.Preferred Candidate:Proven experience in sales within the construction materials industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of construction materials and their applications.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel within the region as required.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
