Job Title : Influencer Marketing Intern

Job Summary : 


As an Influencer Marketing Intern, your primary focus will be to identify, reach out to, and build partnerships with influencers and content creators. You will assist the marketing team in expanding our influencer marketing program, driving brand awareness, and fostering authentic collaborations.


Job Responsibilities:


  1. Influencer Outreach:
  • Research and identify influencers and creators who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Assist in managing outreach efforts, including crafting personalized messages to initiate collaborations.
  • Maintain an influencer database and track outreach progress, responses, and collaborations.
Collaboration & Relationship Building:
  • Assist in developing collaboration proposals and agreements with influencers and creators.
  • Help nurture long-term relationships with influencers to create ongoing partnerships.
  • Support the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring influencers are briefed on campaign goals, content guidelines, and deliverables.
Content & Campaign Support:
  • Work with the marketing team to coordinate influencer content creation, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Review and provide feedback on influencer-generated content, ensuring it meets quality standards and campaign requirements.
  • Monitor and track influencer campaign performance, compiling reports on engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics.
Trend & Competitor Research:
  • Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and key social media updates.
  • Share insights with the marketing team on new influencer opportunities and social media trends.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist in managing contracts, payment processes, and other administrative tasks related to influencer partnerships.
  • Help organize and maintain all influencer-related documentation, including agreements, content schedules, and performance reports.

Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Passion for social media, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Creative and growth (outreach) mindset and enthusiasm for building relationships with influencers and creators.
