About You:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel / Tourism / Business Management from a recognized education institution
  • Additional F&B / Leadership / Management qualifications valued
  • Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to complete detailed department / outlet budgets
  • Able to manage large, diverse and high volume operations.
  • Proven track record in successfully launching promotions / new concepts
  • Creativity and innovation in food and beverage concepts and operations
  • Demonstrable achievements in improving customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Experience with EFQM or other quality model highly regarded.
  • Good problem solving and follow up ability
  • Straight forward approach, very hands on and approachable
  • Certified in Food knowledge (Internationally recognised)/ HACCP
  • Previous experience as a Director of Food & Beverage / Food & Beverage Manager in dynamic F&B operations in a lifestyle hotel environment (4-5 star)
  • Understanding of non-outlet operations e.g., Room Service, Mini Bar, Meetings & Events, Poolside dining
  • Previous experience in successful high volume / quality standalone F&B concepts
  • Excellent / Creative Menu and Beverage List Development Abilities
  • Strong Knowledge of Implementing Brand Standards
