Drive and uphold the Perfect store standards to enhance shopper experiences and accelerate Arla's portfolio growth journey. Develop a clear merchandising strategy that properly promotes Arla’s portfolio on shelf, maximize sales, enhance shopper experience and drive customer engagement. Craft and visualize Arla's portfolio through best-in-class planograms, customized by channel and store level. Be the champion of driving the must stock list (MSL) by channel, ensuring Arla’s portfolio all year long availability in store with the optimal portfolio and SKU mix. Expertly manage suppliers and handle POSM from order to execution, while maintaining ideal inventory levels. Drive efficiencies by managing POSM ordering processes, consolidating orders & optimizing expenditures especially on hard POSM such as coolers & permanent displays. Lead flawless execution of brand and category activations, from production to implementation in the store and finally the dismantling process. Develop ROI assessment tools to share learnings about activations and continuously drive improvement. Foster collaboration and ensure stakeholder management and alignment between customer & category leads, sales ops, and merchandisers. Drive best-in-class NPD launches, through organized, highly visible, and disruptive in-store executions, incorporating WOW displays, captivating POSM, engaging sampling initiatives, and other shopper-centric activities. Lead the development of innovative strategies to disrupt the shopper experience, leveraging visual displays, AI technologies, and sensory engagement techniques. Monitor, assess, and report competitor's activities in-store, providing valuable insights and inspiration to customer and category leads to drive continuous improvement in in-store experiences. Merchandising Expert: Create a merchandising strategy and partner with agencies to support in delivering the best visualization for a unique shopper experience. Deployment Strategist: Collaborate with key stakeholders like sales Ops and customer teams to ensure flawless execution of your plans. ROI Driver: Maximize the impact of every activity and POSM placement, ensuring strong returns on investment. Analyst Savvy: provide continuous assessment on what is and what is & is not working and provide continuous improvement. Skilled Negotiator: Manage suppliers and drive efficiencies through effective ordering system management and smart negotiation approach 5 years of experience working in Commercial/Sales Operations, planogramming software or sales roles in an FMCG company, distributor or retailer Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in data analysis and tech-savviness with tools like planogramming software. Pragmatic and creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and optimize in-store experiences. Creative Problem Solver, turning challenges into opportunities and drive positive mindset Thorough understanding of operational guidelines for different channels and store-level execution.
