Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate marketing and a passion for developing strategies that drive engagement and sales. This role will involve working closely with our agents and management to enhance our brand presence and support our business goals.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • In the competitive world of real estate, effective lead generation is crucial for success. As a marketing specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential clients, utilizing various marketing strategies and tools. This job description outlines the key responsibilities, skills, and qualifications required for this essential position, helping real estate professionals to thrive in a dynamic market.


  • Involves creating and managing marketing campaigns, optimizing landing pages, and utilizing social media platforms to capture leads. Additionally, the specialist must analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine lead generation tactics and ensure a steady influx of high-quality leads.






Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in lead generation.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Starting: 3,000 AED

Work Timings: Monday to Friday 10AM - 6PM

Location: 309 Burlington Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, U.A.E.
