The Role Brief
As the
Implementation Project Manager, you will lead large-scale car park technology
projects, focusing on deploying advanced LPR/ANPR cameras, AI systems, and low
voltage (ELV) technologies. You will manage the project from start to finish,
ensuring delivery within time, budget, and scope while maintaining high-quality
standards.
Job Purpose
To ensure the
successful execution of parking system implementation projects by coordinating
resources, managing risks, and maintaining client relationships, with a focus
on delivering AI-driven and ELV-integrated parking solutions.
Key
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring all aspects of civil works and camera installations are completed on time and within scope.
- Oversee the installation of low voltage (ELV) systems, ensuring seamless integration with parking systems.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to meet contract obligations.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to align goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of any project challenges.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards for ELV and technology installations
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Deep knowledge of AI systems, LPR/ANPR cameras, and ELV technology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
RequirementsExperience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing large-scale technology implementation projects, with a focus on smart systems, AI, and civil infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing projects related to parking or ELV systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
- A master’s in project management or business administration is an advantage.
- Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) is required
- PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
