Job Description:
- Lead the implementation process for software solutions, from initial planning to final deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs.
- Configure and customize software applications to meet client specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to clients during the implementation phase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to our software solutions (e.g., Java, Python, SQL).
