You might be wondering what an IFS Finance role involves. Our Internal Firm Services are the reason PwC Middle East can operate, transforming the Middle East through our clients. Over the two years, we’ll help you learn how to budget, forecast and analyse financial movements throughout our business.

Finance: You might think that Finance is all about numbers, transactions and accounting, but that’s not all that it means. At PwC Middle East, Finance is unearthing data to aid in business decisions, building trust with stakeholders and being the person people go to when they need advice. Our Finance teams go above and beyond to ensure our business is making the right decisions to meet our objectives. Our business needs to be strategic, and Finance is the reason we can be.


Human Capital (HC): At PwC Middle East, our Human Capital teams build unique bonds with our employees, supporting them to navigate and succeed in their careers through cutting-edge training and development programs, coaching support and exceptional internal mobility opportunities. Marketing and Communications (M&C): The M&C team drives the Middle East's firm strategy, providing innovative market profiling, impactful external communications and ensures our brand integrity. We are responsible for ensuring our brand values and the services we provide build and sustain competitive advantage. Areas include Branding, Events, External Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media and more. We are a team who love what we do!


Leadership & Succession: You might think that Leadership and Succession is all about people and development but that’s not all that it means. At PwC Middle East, our Leadership and Succession team enables the strategic growth of the firm through its impact with our Partners. This team goes above and beyond to ensure our business has the right senior leadership with the right support for development and acceleration in place to future-proof the success of the business. Our business needs to be focused, and Leadership and Succession is the reason we can be.


Discover your future with us


We’re looking for graduates with the ability to work from your own initiative. You will need to be flexible, detail-oriented in the work you’ll do and confident in asking questions. You should also be:


  • A recent or final-year undergraduate on track for a 3.5 GPA or equivalent in a Finance, Accounting, Maths, Economics, Banking with a specialisation in Accounting or Business-related degree subject area. Or equivalent in an HR, Psychology or Business-related degree subject area or in a Marketing and Communications related degree subject area.
  • Fluent in English with a preference for native Arabic language skills (spoken and written)
  • Willing to be based out of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt
  • Available to join for the program start date in September 2025 

During the programme, we’ll help you to develop your data analysis, influencing and presentation skills so it’s important that you’re willing and keen to learn and drive your own development.
