Location: Abu Dhabi, AE

Synopsis

The hydraulic shop technician performs tests, repairs, or overhauls of hydraulic components by conducting disassembly, assembly, cleaning, and testing according to the relevant component maintenance manual.

Accountabilities

Perform aircraft Hydraulic components (actuators , accumulators , etc.) in accordance with the relevant component maintenance manual and under the supervision of approval holder. Work with the shop team to ensure housekeeping requirements are met all the time. Report hazard, possible audit findings, system that is not functioning well, or human factor issues (norms, pressure, etc…) to the line manager whenever noticed. Clean and return collected tools from cabinets and tool room after every use. Assist Hydraulic shop approval holders. Set clear goals to accomplish the necessary targets Perform other related assignments as you may be required to execute from time to time by your line manager. Use and operate computerized test benches to acquire the test results of the components Conduct manual hydraulic tests of the units

Education & Experience

Technical school diploma on related field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Hydraulic components shop as technician. OEM’s training on actuators or hydraulic components
