Job Description

  • Coordinating with clients and other contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Communicating project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Assisting in the development of HVAC design plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Recording and documenting all HVAC maintenance and repair activities to maintain a comprehensive record of system performance.

Skills

  • Knowledge of relevant software, such as computer-aided design (CAD) programs
  • Ability to provide direction and mentorship to a team of HVAC technicians.
  • Strong supervisory skills to ensure the HVAC team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to manage any issues or concerns within the HVAC team.
