Energy Savings Verification: Validate energy savings from performance contracting projects through M&V activities, spot measurements, and data analysis.
M&V Plan Development: Create M&V plans and cost estimates for RFPs/RFQs and engineering studies. Ensure contract quality assurance and compliance with M&V requirements.
Collaboration & Execution: Coordinate with engineers, analysts, and construction managers during all project phases, ensuring alignment on energy savings goals.
On-Site Analysis: Perform troubleshooting, data logging, and operational analysis of energy management control systems and LED lighting systems.
Client Reporting: Present project progress, savings performance, and energy analysis reports. Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues.
Project & Contract Management: Forecast savings shortfalls, coordinate mitigation, and enhance customer support through collaboration with service and sales teams.
Qualifications:
Basic: Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering/Environmental Sciences; 3-5 years of hands-on experience with controls, HVAC, or LED Lighting systems; 1 year of energy savings calculations.
Certification: Certified M&V Professional (CMVP); CEM/CEA preferred.
Preferred: Experience with HVAC systems and energy management software, with 3 years of multi-project experience. Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills.
