Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Carryout drafting activities based on design inputs provided by Design Engineers. Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, production /construction drawings and MTOs/ bill of quantities. Carryout site measurements for preparation of drawings and incorporating changes and comments. Liaise with other design/ drafting personnel to identify/ incorporate interfaces. Follow DDW-D and Project specific drawing and document control procedures. Ensure comments/ changes are properly tracked and incorporated. Store/ file drawings and documents in the order as per relevant procedure. Support procurement and fabrication/ construction activities, keep track of redline mark-ups, as built documentation etcs.

Qualifications/Experiences & Skills

Knowledge in Drafting software’s mainly Auto CAD. Knowledge in MS Office such as Word and Excel. Knowledge in ERP software preferred. Knowledge and experience in Ship repair / Offshore Projects. Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
