1. Responsible for human resource planning in Dubai region;
2. Clear the organizational structure and personnel allocation according to the business development needs, establish the job system;
3. Responsible for the key talent recruitment work, establish the core team to support business development;
4. Design the competitive salary and welfare system to motivate and retain talents;
5. According to the enterprise strategy, build the talent training system to improve employee ability level and build the talent pipeline;
6. Establish the performance management system to support the achievement of enterprise goals;
7. According to the headquarters' policies and local laws and regulations, formulate systems, policies and procedures, monitor and implement them;
1. Human resources management, labor law related majors, bachelor's degree or above;
2. Fluent English and Chinese communication skills are preferred;
3.At least 5 years HR management experience, including at least 2 years working experience in Dubai, multinational company working experience is preferred;
4. Familiar with UAE labor laws and recruitment procedures, with good communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration ability;
5. Able to work in a multicultural environment, with strong adaptability and problem-solving ability.
