Job Description

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities:

  6. Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff.
  7. Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  8. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain HR metrics to analyze workforce trends and inform decision-making.
  10. Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
