- HR Information Systems (HRIS):
- • Oversee the implementation and management of Oracle HCM to streamline HR processes.
- • Ensure data integrity and security within the Oracle HCM.
- Organizational Development:
- Develop organizational development strategies to enhance company performance and employee satisfaction.
- Implement change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Conflict Resolution:
- • Mediate conflicts and disputes within the organization, ensuring fair and impartial resolution. • Provide training and resources for conflict resolution to managers and employees.
- Legal Advisory:
- Provide legal advice to management on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with UAE
- labor laws.
- Work with legal counsel on complex employment issues and litigation as needed.
- Community Engagement:
