We are seeking an accomplished HR Lead to join our team and drive our
human resources functions with excellence. This role is crucial in shaping our company
culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes in
line with local laws & regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management strategies.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and best practices.
• Administer general admin, payroll, daily timestamp etc as per software’s.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and performance management
systems.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures across entire work force.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases using secure means.
• Design and implement effective training and development programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
discipline.
• Demonstrated HR experience
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR Roles
• Fluency in English is a must
•High level of Professional work acumen & confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Familiar with sets of HR software’s and tools
• Basic understanding in finance and financial tools
