The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities*:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies. Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with HR compliance tasks, such as updating policies, procedures, and training materials. Help coordinate employee engagement programs and events. Conduct surveys and analyze data related to employee satisfaction and performance. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation. Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries related to HR policies. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing files.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
