Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our human resources team in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement. In this role, you’ll assist with: 
  • Recruitment processes
  • Employee onboarding and training initiatives
  • HR administration, including maintaining records and assisting with performance evaluations.

Requirements
  • Understanding of HR Principles
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and candidates.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, track applicants, and maintain accurate records.  
  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Any previous exposure to recruitment, resume screening, or interview coordination can be a plus.
  • Basic skills in data entry and an understanding of how to analyze HR metrics can enhance contributions.
