A well-established Limousine service company in Dubai is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to oversee HR operations, workforce administration, and government-related processes. The role requires handling large volumes of data and managing high-volume HR operations efficiently..
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment to attract top talent.
- Managing HR accounts and overseeing workforce administration.
- Leading new hire orientation and onboarding with care and efficiency.
- Handling PRO-related processes, including visa applications, labor permits, and liaising with government authorities.
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws.
- Managing a team, including PROs, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Acting as an Operations Ninja to ensure all turnaround times (TAT) are met.
- Handling large volumes of employee documentation and administrative data.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong background in HR operations, workforce management, and government liaison.
- Fluency in English is required; Urdu proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to engage with employees and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and lead a team while ensuring HR compliance.
- Valid UAE driving license and/or access to a personal vehicle is preferred.
