II. POSITION SUMMARY
The position shall operate as an HR business partner to all Industrial Gases business in Middle East.
.As such the incumbent is responsible for proactively advising and influencing management teams on the HR implications of business strategies and to implement HR programs that support business objectives whilst being aligned with HR global practices and processes.
This position is accountable for the following end results:
1- Supports the Performance Enhancement process, advising and guiding managers and employees through all aspects of the process : cascading objectives, appraisals, compensation planning, relative assessment, human resources planning (HRP), multi-rater feedback, employee development and career management.
2- Promote a working environment which stimulates performance and retention
3- Communication sessions with managers, establishing the link of HR actions and plans with talent management
4- Conducts due diligence assessments for potential acquisitions and is responsible for the HR integration/divestiture strategy.
5- Along with Total Rewards Team , manages local benefits specific to the country : medical, pensions, company cars, transport allowances, etc ensuring competitiveness on the market and administration process efficiency.
6- Participates in key European and/or global projects/initiatives and CI events to further enhance HR capabilities globally.
