Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
